FAQ's
Do I have to be a competitor to join JG Fitness?
No, not at all. JG Fitness is made up of 50% lifestyle clients and 50% contest prep clients. You simply need to be committed and willing to work hard.
How often will I speak to my Coach?
Coach will give you his direct WhatsApp number where you can contact him at any time of the day. So you can speak to him as often as you need to.
What is the cost?
The cost varies from programme to programme. Click here to complete our contact form and a member of our team will get in touch within 24 hours.
Do I get given a meal plan or macro-based plan?
Either, you can request either a meal plan or macro based plan. If you want, you can also have a part meal based plan and a part macro based planned
Will I get a training plan?
Yes, each monthly coaching package includes a training plan specifically designed for you and your needs.
Can I have a cheat meal?
Cheat meal will be discussed with your coach within your plan. For most not competing 1 meal a week is given to allow you to relax and enjoy some down time with friends and family.
Will I Need a gym membership?
No, you don’t need a gym membership. When I create your plan, I’ll design it around the equipment you have available. Having said that, if your goal is to build muscle and you have no equipment, then I’ll usually recommend either joining a gym or purchasing some basic equipment; like a set of adjustable dumbbells and a bench, or a set of resistance bands.
How long before I see results?
Most clients see progress after just a few weeks of following their plan. How long it’ll take to achieve your desired body composition goal, really depends on what your goal is. I’ll do everything in my power to help you achieve your physique goal as quickly as possible. In fact, I pride myself on helping people transform their body in the quickest possible time.

Upon sign-up, you’ll be required to complete a lifestyle questionnaire which provides me with all the information I need to create your awesome training and nutrition plan. I’ll then send you a detailed video mapping out the process to your transformation and ensuring you’re 100% happy with what’s required to achieve your goals!
